Mural creative agency · Los Angeles
One team for the idea, the artist, the permits and the paint. We produce large-scale hand painted murals across Los Angeles and the rest of Southern California.

Who we are
A45 is a Los Angeles creative agency. Mural production is the core of what we do. We have been painting large-scale walls for over ten years, and we work with artists across the city to design, produce and install murals for brands, developers, cities and schools.
The agency exists for the work that is bigger than one artist. Several walls at once. A campaign that has to be live on a date. A building that needs access, insurance and city paperwork, and a client who wants one person to call when something moves.
We cast the right artist for the wall instead of pushing the same style onto every brief, we run the production around them, and we stay on it until the paint is dry and the photos are shot.
What we do
Hand painted advertising and brand activations on real walls, planned as a campaign and not as a one off. Concept, wall, artist, permits and rollout.
Large-scale exterior murals and interior installations: full facades, parking structures, lobbies and courtyards for owners, developers and property managers.
Art consulting and casting. We match the wall to the right artist from our roster, so the style fits the brand and the neighbourhood instead of the other way round.
Site visit, surface prep, lifts, crew, insurance and city paperwork. You get one contact and a schedule.
Live art at launches, conferences and festivals. Artists paint in front of your audience and the finished piece stays with you.
No wall yet? We find one in the neighbourhood you want and handle the owner, the agreement and the approvals.
Selected work
Curated, produced and installed by A45.
How it works
Fifteen minutes. What the wall is for, where it is, and when it has to be finished.
We cast the artist and send you sketches laid over a photo of your actual wall, before anyone paints.
Permits, access, prep, crew and insurance. You get a schedule and one person to call.
Painted, sealed against sun and weather, then photographed and filmed so you can use it everywhere.
The roster
Most brands end up scrolling Instagram, messaging five artists and hoping one of them answers, quotes properly and shows up with a lift. That is not a plan, it is a gamble on a deadline.
A45 keeps a working roster of muralists, letterers and graffiti writers in Los Angeles. We know what each of them is fast at, what they charge, and what they are like on a job site. You describe the wall and the audience, we bring you two or three names that actually fit.
Questions
We carry everything around the paint. Casting the artist, the concept, the contract, the permits, insurance, lifts and access, the schedule, and the photos and video at the end. An artist paints one wall. We run a project, and we can run several at once in different cities.
Los Angeles is home and it is where most of our walls are. We also work across Southern California and travel for the right project. Recent walls have gone up in Orange County, Riverside and Abilene, Texas.
Most walls are painted in a few days to two weeks once the design is approved. What sets the date is usually everything before that, so the earlier you call, the easier the deadline is.
Every wall is quoted on its own after a free consultation. Size, access, surface and how fast you need it are what move the number. Several walls booked in one visit cost less than the same walls booked separately.
It depends on the wall, the city and whether the piece carries a logo or a message. We work that out at the start and handle the filing when it is needed, so nothing gets painted over later.
Yes. Tell us the neighbourhood and the audience you want and we will source walls, speak to the owners and bring you options with photos and sightlines.
Send the address, a photo and what you want it to do. You get a straight answer on whether it is a good wall, what it takes and what it costs.
